Shipping & Returns

 SHIPPING POLICY

  •  Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of cleared payment. Many ship same day! 

  •  All orders will have tracking confirmation sent via email at the time your order is fulfilled.

  •  All shipments where tracking status is deemed "delivered" will serve as proof of delivery. TropiCali Beauty    Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen claims once proof of delivery is confirmed. Tampering with the  mail is a Federal Offense.  If you feel your mail was stolen please report it immediately to your local carrier's office. 

  •  Please make sure the shipping address provided to us is correct and complete. The most common reason for an  undeliverable shipment is that the apartment or suite # has been omitted. Orders that have to be shipped again due to  insufficient address will be charged for the 2nd shipping cost.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • All returns are for store credit, which will be sent in the form of a TropiCali Beauty Boutique E-gift Card to the email address you used at check out.  TropiCali will happily accept unworn, unwashed, scent and smoke free or defective merchandise for return within 10 days of the ship date.

  • Please include your original packing slip in the box.  If you do not have yours, email us at hello@tropicalibeautyboutique.com and request a copy of the packing slip.  This will allow your return to be processed much faster!

  • Once your return is received and processed, we will issue you store credit via email.

  • There is no restocking fee & the credit never expires.  

  • Coupon codes may not be applied to past purchases. 

  • If item is defective, please email contact@amazinglace.com within 24 hours upon receiving and we require a picture.

  • Shipping is non-refundable.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed after the tracking is marked as delivered.  

  • Exchanges: At the moment TropiCali does not offer exchanges for any online order.  However you do have options for repurchasing your correct size!  You may use your store credit or if you are afraid the item/size you're interested in will sell out before we receive & process your return you can go ahead and repurchase!  After all, your store credit never expires and we have no doubt you'll be able to use it on a future order!
